This rosé is distinctive, original and atypical. It contains Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault noir.
Our rosé carries the accent of Provence, the soul of its terroir, the freshness of the Mistral, the caressing warmth of its sun… and all the spirit of Les Vilaines: temperament and a good dose of lightness! Limited edition.

Les Vilaines – Rosé 2025 - Coteaux d'Aix en Provence (AOP)
12.5% vol.
Clay-limestone soil. Bottled by SAS Giusiano, winemaker in Aix-en-Provence. Independent winemaker
This wine is made from grapes grown using sustainable farming practices, limited to preventative techniques (manual or mechanized work). The soil amendments used to nourish the vines are organic. If necessary, and only if necessary, in accordance with environmental principles, phytosanitary treatments may be used, but the objective is to preserve the integrity of the terroir, cultivated by the same family for three generations.
An impertinent blend made from Grenache, to which Syrah is added to assert its expression and a touch of Cinsault with gourmand aromas for finesse.
Winemaking: Cold pre-fermentation settling. Vinification by grape variety, blending after tasting. Direct pressing for the Syrah. Aging in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting notes: A rich, floral nose. On the palate, it reveals mineral notes from the clay-limestone soil and opens with aromas of citrus, red berries, and a hint of exotic fruits. It has a velvety texture and a lovely length.
Ideal: Nice and chilled, perfect for sharing and enjoying with friends. From aperitifs to meals, it pairs well with grilled meats, salads, Mediterranean specialties, even fish and shellfish, and all kinds of "world food" combinations.
